Expropriation Committee
The Expropriation Committee for the Public Benefit is formed in accordance with the provisions of Article (5) of Law No. 33 of 64 regarding expropriation and its amendments
Valuation Committee
The evaluation committee is formed in accordance with the provisions of Article (6) of Law No. 33 of 64 regarding expropriation and temporary seizure for the public interest
Objections Committee
The committee is formed in accordance with the provisions of Article (17) of Law No. 33 of 64 regarding expropriation and temporary seizure for public interest
